The Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment initiatives across technical and corporate functions, with a strong focus on attracting top-tier talent in Vietnam and regional markets. You will play a strategic role in shaping DataXight’s employer brand, optimizing recruitment processes, and partnering closely with hiring managers to support organizational growth.
This role requires a proactive recruiter who combines strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and market insight with a passion for delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across multiple departments.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and long-term workforce planning.
Build and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical competencies and cultural alignment.
Manage and improve recruitment workflows, interview coordination, and hiring processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Develop strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future-critical roles.
Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen DataXight’s visibility in the tech and healthcare talent markets.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Support onboarding coordination and help ensure successful candidate transitions into the organization.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide hiring insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market dynamics in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources, preferably in technology, healthcare, SaaS, or startup environments.
Proven experience recruiting for technical positions such as Software Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, Bioinformatics, or Product roles.
Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools.
Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes in fast-paced environments.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
Excellent communication and interviewing skills in English and Vietnamese.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and hiring best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience recruiting for regional or international teams.
Background in startup or scaling environments.
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Experience supporting onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Understanding of technical hiring assessments and recruitment processes for engineering teams.
Knowledge of Vietnamese labor market trends and compensation benchmarking.
