The Role

As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will work directly with the Art Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Engineering. You will gain hands-on experience in branding, digital design, and web-based UX/UI within a high-impact biotech environment. This role is suitable for someone who wants to build strong foundational thinking in graphic systems, layout discipline, and structured design execution.

What You’ll Do

Branding & Marketing Design

  • Design social media graphics, digital banners, and marketing materials 

  • Support branding assets and corporate communication visuals 

  • Assist in event materials such as brochures and standees

Web & UI Support

  • Contribute to website UI design tasks 

  • Prepare interface assets and layout components 

  • Support visual consistency across digital touchpoints

Production & Execution

  • Refine and edit existing designs 

  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files 

  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Designers, Copywriters, and Marketing team 

  • Participate in feedback sessions and iterate based on Art Director guidance 

  • Manage assigned tasks and deliver within agreed timelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field

  • Strong foundation in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

  • Strong aesthetic judgment with a clear sense of visual balance, spacing, and typography

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Figma proficiency is a strong advantage

  • Portfolio demonstrating original branding, layout, or digital design projects

  • Ability to take constructive feedback professionally and iterate effectively

  • Clear communication skills and high attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience in UX/UI website design 

  • Experience in motion graphics or animation 

  • Understanding of design systems or structured layout frameworks
